Meet The Staff
The team at Miller and Miller is committed to a level of expertise and care unique in today’s industry. Because of their desire to strive for excellence and their commitment to the practice, the team is able to build relationships with patients that equip them to more accurately fulfill the patient’s desires for a sparkling smile.
Combined with their hygienists, Dr. Chris and Dr. Matt each bring more than 50 years experience to your chairside. Additionally, Dr. Chris and Dr. Matt have built a superior relationship with a local dental laboratory which allows them to provide the best quality product to each patient, and a brilliant smile to last a lifetime.
Diane Downing
Diane Downing, business assistant and patient relations, has been with Miller and Miller for more than six years. She is responsible for working with patients to schedule appointments and help file insurance claims. Diane enjoys forging friendships with patients and is excited to see them each time they walk in the door.
"Dr. Chris and Dr. Matt are committed to serving their patients with excellent, long-term dental care,” said Diane. “In addition, they allow their staff to be themselves, which makes for a fun environment for patients."
When not smiling at the front desk of Miller and Miller, Diane can be found hunting antiques and baking to entertain family and friends. Diane and her husband Kyle have four children: Brant, Blake, Grace and Hannah.
Michelle Fabacher, RDA
Since 1999, Michelle Fabacher, Registered Dental Assistant, has been working with Miller and Miller to help patients realize their maximum oral health. She enjoys building a rapport with patients and learning about the happenings of their daily life.
"Dr. Chris and Dr. Matt truly care about each patient and want to provide the best dental care possible,” said Michelle. “My favorite part of my job is knowing that each of our patients get the best dental treatment available. It is a unique and rewarding experience to see the confidence restored in patients when we complete their smile!"
Michelle and her husband Carey are parents to Jacob and she is a dedicated member of "team mom,” coaching her son’s baseball team and cheering him on in all of his sporting endeavors.
Julie Wallace
Julie Wallace’s, Registered Dental Hygentist, more than six years of working with Dr. Chris and Dr. Matt qualify her to bring an amazing sense of dedication and commitment to each patient.
"The long-standing patients and friendships I’ve built while working at Miller and Miller are extremely rewarding,” said Julie. “Miller and Miller provides top-quality dental care, and I love that I am able to say that I’m a part of that team!"
Julie and her husband Jonathan have two children, Emily and Zachary, who keep her extremely busy with their activities and sports. When she’s not cheering for her kids’ sports or cleaning teeth, Julie also likes to create designs and sew.
Betty Saenz
As a Registered Dental Assistant, Betty Saenz has been working with the Miller and Miller team for more than 16 years. And, when she isn’t standing chairside here in the states, Betty can be found on mission trips in Romania, continuing her passion to care.
"I enjoy being an integral part of the successful practice that Dr. Matt and Dr. Chris have worked so hard to build,” said Betty. “Their God-given talents and high demand for excellence in every aspect of their profession, insures patients the best of dentistry, which makes for an awesome place to work.
Betty and her husband Jesse are passionate about mission work and enjoy serving through their church together.
Donna Elkins
For more than a year, Donna Elkins, business assistant and patient relations, has been on the front-lines of the Miller and Miller team, working as a business assistant at the front desk. She loves the great patients that come through the door each day and knows that they are responsible for making her job so enjoyable. She also appreciates the amazing commitment that the Miller and Miller team brings to each patient served.
"Working for Dr. Matt and Dr. Chris is one of the many blessings I thank God for on a daily basis,” said Donna. “It is very rewarding being a part of quality dental care by doctors who truly care about their patients."
Donna has two children, Maneeka and Dakota, and enjoys dancing, camping and spending time with her children.
LeeAnn K. Winkler
For more than 27 years, LeeAnn K. Winkler has worked as a registered dental hygienist in the Dallas area. Having known Dr. Chris and Dr. Matt Miller since they attended Baylor College of Dentistry together, she is excited to join the Miller and Miller team, serving now as its newest member.
“I have always been impressed with the Millers; their great reputation for doing quality dental work makes the office an exciting place to work,” said LeeAnn. “I am glad to be so welcomed as a part of the team and look forward to developing relationships with my patients, as I have in the past.”
LeeAnn and her husband Terry have been married for 23 years and have one daughter, Shannon, who is completing her final year at the University of North Texas. LeeAnn is an active member of the Mesquite Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association and is the immediate past president of the UNT Parent Association. In her spare time, she likes to read and sew.
